Vitaliy Doboni won the pole vault to lead the Misericordia University men's track & field team at the Mid-Atlantic Regional championships, Saturday at the Anderson Athletic Complex.
Doboni tied his own school record of 12'6".
Eric Rogers won the long jump with an NCAA provisional qualiftying leap of 7.04m.
Jim Post was second in the long jump (6.97m) and also met the NCAA provisional standard. Post also qualified for the ECAC's while winning the triple jump (13.86m).
Jude Schappert was second in the triple jump (13.72m) and third in the long jump (6.55m) and qualified for the ECAC's in both events. He also finished second in the high jump (1.9m).
Art Pupa was second in the discus (38.7m) and set a school record inthe hammer throw (40.64m).
Steve Beecher won the 5000m (17:24.97) and
Frank Redmond qualified for ECAC's at 800m (50.53) with a fourth place finish.
Kyle Karpich finished third in the javelin (47.27m).
