Misericordia University basketball standouts Christine Marks (Milford, PA/Delaware Valley) and Ethan Eichhorst (Drums, PA/Hazleton Area) have been named to the d3hoops.com Mid-Atlantic All-Region team.

Marks, a senior forward, earned the honor for the second consecutive season after leading the Cougars to their first Freedom Conference championship and a trip to the NCAA Tournament.

She averaged a double-double while leading the Freedom Conference in rebounding (10.4 rpg) and finishing second in scoring (19.1 ppg).

Marks led the league in free throw percentage (84.3) and was fourth in field goal percentage (45.7).

She ended her career as Misericordia's all-time leader in scoring with 1,644 points and rebounding (903).

A senior forward, Eichhorst was the Freedom Conference Player of the Year and led the Cougars to their first Freedom championship and NCAA Tournament berth.

He finished third in the Freedom in scoring (18.0 ppg) and ninth in rebounding (7.3 rpg).

He led the league and was 12th in the nation in free throw percentage (88.5%) and was third in the Freedom in shooting (52.4%).

Eichhorst also shot 42.6% from three-point range.

He ended his career in fourth place on Misericordia's all-time scoring list with 1,476 points.
