The Misericordia University Athletic Training Room is located in room 114 on the lower level of the Anderson Sports-Health Center.
Robin Jackson and
Jayme Galdieri serve as athletic trainers for Misericordia University through an agreement with Geisinger Health System.
The agreement between Misericordia University and Geisinger Wyoming Valley provides MU student-athletes with numerous benefits:
*Quality healthcare in a streamlined fashion.
*Specialized diagnostic testing can be scheduled very quickly, resulting in a quicker return to action.
*Improved communication between athletic trainers and orthopedic physicians.
*A Geisinger orthopedic physician is available in the Anderson Center Athletic Training Room on a weekly basis.
*The MU training room staff is also assisted by student athletic trainers and work study students.
