Enclose the following to register team: team name, captain, captains cell #, players on roster, their year in school (Fr. So. Jr. Sr.), and whether they are commuter or a resident. (8) players per roster. If signing up for the coed division, a minimum of 3 players must be female. (only 3 varsity players per roster, total).
