Roosevelt Field
While Tambur Field, Misericordia's new on-campus baseball field is under construction, the Cougars will play their 2012 home games at Roosevelt Field in Swoyersville, PA (Slocum St & Church St.).
Directions to Roosevelt Field
From 309 North:
- Take EXIT 4 toward FORTY FORT/US-11/SWOYERSVILLE (continuing toward Rt 11)
- Merge right onto RUTTER AVE, stay left left onto Welles St.
- Continue on Welles St toward Wyoming Ave, Route 11
- at light, cross Wyoming Ave onto Slocum Street
- Continue on Slocum St for approximately one mile, turn right onto Church St - Roosevelt Park is on right.
From 309 South:
- Take Luzerne exit
- Turn left at second light; cross bridge and turn right on Main Street.
- Proceed through one stop sign and light crossing Bennett Street.
- Proceed through three more stop signs; Roosevelt Field is on right.
