In 23 years as CM’s softball coach, Charlotte has never suffered a losing season.

She owns a career record of 487-224, including 13 seasons of 20 wins or more and six 30-win seasons.

As of 2003, she ranked sixth among active D-III coaches in winning percentage and 17th in victories.

Her teams have won four PAC and two ECAC championships.
