Hornak was a four-time All-Pennsylvania Athletic Conference selection as a forward in women’s basketball. She was the team MVP as a sophomore and was a three-time recipient of the Coach’s Award. She ranks fourth in program history with 1,312 points, 485 field goals and 340 free throws.

She ranks seventh with 691 career rebounds.
