2011: NCAA qualifier in the 800m... Competed in mid-distance events... Had season bests of 23.42 at 200m, 50.82 at 400m, 1:51.66 at 800m, 3:47.39 at 1500m and 4:25.10 in the mile... Took 2nd in the 400m and 3rd in the 800m at the MAC indoor championships (2/26)... Won the 800m at the ECAC indoor championships, running an NCAA provisional time (3/4)... Placed 2nd in the 800m at MAC outdoors (5/5)... Took 4th place in the 800m at the ECAC outdoor meet (5/19).

2010: Selected as Team MVP… Competed in mid-distance events… Ran an indoor mile in 4:26.27 at Susquehanna (2/13)… Won the MAC indoor championship in the 800m, in 1:55.80… Also teamed with Kyle Suponcic, John Gibbons and Marty Castaldi to run a school-record 8:14.56 in the 4x800m relay at MAC indoors (2/27)… Placed second at the ECAC indoor meet in the 800m, with a time of 1:54.74 (3/5)… Set a school record in the 1500m with a 3:59.64 at Millersville (4/24)… Ran 1:52.57 in the 800m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (4/16)… Won both the 200m (23.00) and 400m (50.04) at the Narkiewicz Invitational… Also at the Narkiewicz Invite, ran a 48.8 split as MU set a school-record in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:24.78 (4/30)… Placed second in the 1500m (4:02.28) and 800m (1:55.31) at the MAC outdoor championships (5/6)… Placed second at the ECAC outdoor meet with a 1:52.18 time in the 800m (5/15)… Dropped his 800m time to 1:51.69 at TCNJ, qualifying him for the NCAA championships (5/20).

2009: Named team MVP… Qualified for the NCAA Championship meet… Lowered his own school record in the 800m… Won the 800m at Widener with a meet record 1:55.01 (3/28)… Finished 2nd in the 800m at Muhlenberg (4/4)… Won the 800m at the Narkiewicz Invitational while also placing 4th in the 200m (4/8)… Won the 1500m at East Stroudsburg, in 4:03.39 (4/18)… Placed 3rd in the 400m at West Chester with an ECAC-qualifying time of 50.28 (4/24)… Finished 3rd in the 800m in a school record 1:53.56 and also placed 5th with a 1500m time of 4:01.68 at the MAC championships (5/1-2)… Dropped his school record in the 800m to 1:51.45 at ECACs, qualifying him for the NCAA meet (5/14)… Ran 1:52.14 at the NCAA Championships (5/21).

2008: Set school record in 800m (1:55.05)… Finished 5th at Susquehanna in the 1500m, in 4:13.50 (3/29)… Won the 800m at the Narkiewicz Invitational, in 1:57.84 (4/13)… Set a then-school record while finishing 2nd in the 800m at East Stroudsburg, in 1:56.81 (4/19)… Broke his record again, this time running 1:55.82, at West Chester (4/26)… Placed 6th in the 800m at the MAC championships (5/3)… Lowered his 800m record to 1:55.05 at ECACs (5/15).
