2010: Competed in distance events… Broke five minutes in the mile with a 4:59.19 at Susquehanna (2/19)… Broke his own school record with a 9:54.83 in the 3000m steeplechase at Millersville (4/24)… Won the 3000 steeple in 10:08.87 at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/30)… Ran 10:02.03 in the steeplechase at MACs (5/6).
2009: Set a school record in the 3000m steeplechase… Placed 3rd in the 3000m steeplechase at Widener, in 10:30.46 (3/28)… Finished in 5th in the 3000m steeple at Muhlenberg, improving to 10:28 (4/4)… Placed 4th in the 1500m at the Narkiewicz Invitational (4/8)… Placed 2nd in the steeplechase at East Stroudsburg (4/18)… Won the 3000m steeple in a school record 10:00.70 at West Chester (4/24)… Finished in 7th place in the 3000m steeple at the MAC championships (5/1-2).
