The Misericordia University men's swim team lost to Kutztown 139-114 at East Stroudsburg Saturday.

Mitch Finch set a pair of school records while Jeff Clark broke his own school mark in the 100 breaststroke.

Finch was second in the 100 back, but his 56.33 bettered the school record of MU assistant coach Eddie Halloran set in 1999.

Finch also set a new mark in the 200 back (1:59.3).

Clark posted wins in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, including a lifetime best in the 100 (1:00.35).

Clark, Finch, Robbie Jacobs and Greg Vossler won the 200 medley relay and their 1:41.52 was just off the school record.

Vossler went on to win the 50 Free later in the afternoon with a 22.41 mark. Finch took the 200 IM at 2:05.77.

Jacobs, Clark, Mike Dougherty and Vossler won the 200 Free Relay at 1:30.41, again narrowly missing a school record.

The Cougars host Messiah at the Anderson Center Friday, Nov. 11, at 7:00 p.m.
