Junior midfielder Ashley McDonnell was selected to the All-Freedom Conference second team, the conference announced Friday.

 

McDonnell, the lone selection from Misericordia, was voted on by coaches throughout the Freedom Conference. She notched a goal and an assist over the season.

 

“Ashley is an intense player,” head coach Mark Stauffer said. “She's driven and works hard at getting better. She's the kind of player that wins fifty-fifty balls and drives the team down the field. She certainly deserves all the recognition she's getting.”
