Misericordia University's
Jeff Clark set a new meet record to highlight the second day of competition at the Longnecker Invitational, Saturday at Grove City.
Clark broke the one-minute mark for the first time to win the 100 breaststroke (59.18) and finished second in the 200 breaststroke (2:12.79).
Mitch Finch won the 200 backstroke (1:54.83) and set school records in the 100 back (54.22) and 400 IM (4:21.99) while finishing second and third, respectively.
Finch, Clark,
Eric Schollmeyer and
Greg Vossler added a school record in the 200 medley relay (1:39.19).
The Cougars finished third in the team standings.
