Misericordia University track & field standout Jim Post won the triple jump at the ECAC Division III Championships, Friday at Springfield College.

Post broke his own school record and bettered his NCAA qualifying distance with a leap of 14.26m.

He is currently tied for 16th in the NCAA D-III rankings.

Eric Rogers added a ninth place finish in the long jump (6.66m) and Jude Schappert finished ninth in the high jump (1.89m).

Frank Redmond set a school record while finishing 11th at 800m (1:55.25).

Ali Ostrum earned All-ECAC honors with an eighth place finish at 5000m (18:23.64). She was 13th at 1500m with a personal best (4:47.62).
