Misericordia University track & field standout
Eric Rogers (Kingston, PA/Wyoming Valley West) will compete at the NCAA Division III championships at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, May 22-24.
A senior, Rogers qualified for the 17-man field with a leap of 7.08m (23'2-3/4”) while the top seed is Hanneus Ollison of McMurry at 7.36m (24'1-3/4”).
Rogers finished fourth at the MAC championships in the long jump and triple jump and is the third Misericordia student-athlete to qualify for the NCAA track & field championships.
Rogers is scheduled to compete, Thursday at 6:00 p.m.

Chris Wadas. “It is a testament to his hard work over the last four years to have an opportunity to represent Misericordia at the NCAA championships.”
