The Misericordia women's cross country team competed today at the Paul Short Run, hosted by Lehigh.
Running in the “brown” 6k race- the second-fastest heat- the Cougars finished 30th of 39 scoring teams. MU finished ahead of several good teams, including regionally-ranked Elizabethtown and Division 1 Pittsburgh. The Cougars also finished just one place behind Temple.
Senior
Ali Ostrum was MU's top finisher again, placing 39th with a time of 22:41. She was followed by a pair of freshman:
Marina Orrson (74th- 23:18) and
Kelsey Cameron (191st- 24:29).
Rounding out the Cougars' scoring contingent were
Jodie Kitchell (24:30),
Aimee DiLucido (24:52),
Marcie Cusatis (25:02) and
Kayla Weaver (25:13).
