The Misericordia University men's and women's swim teams advanced 17 swimmers to the MAC championship finals, Saturday at the Wilkes-Barre CYC.

Alicia Bryk, Jessie Williamson, Amanda McHugh and Katlyn Nelson all advanced to the finals of the 100 breaststroke while Abby Kocon, Jessica Grant and Chelsea Mixon all reached the finals of the 200 free.

Michelle Lacroce, Crissy Condus and Erin Schneck all moved on in the 100 fly and Alaina Trent and Megan McChesney qualified in the 100 back.

For the men, Mitch Finch advanced in the 400 IM and the 100 back while Nick Cannizzaro and Mike Dougherty will join him in the IM and back, respectively.

Eric Schollmeyer moved on in the 100 fly and Jeff Clark and Mike Labagh advanced in the 100 breaststroke.

Finals get underway at 5:00.
