The Misericordia University baseball team continues to make history with
Nate Newman the latest to match a school record.
With his homer at Manhattanville, Saturday, Newman tied the single-season school record of nine homers.
Brandon Calafut has surpassed the school single-season (21) and career (45) marks for doubles while
Mike Murphy owns both records for triples (7/12).
Murphy has also established new single-season records for hits (69), runs (55), stolen bases (29) and total bases (101).
Murphy owns the career record for walks (90) and shares the all-time stolen base record with
Mike D'Amara (44).
Calafut is the new single-season record holder for RBI (45) as well as career putouts (559).
On the mound,
Steve Peet is the all-time leader with 48 appearances.
