Three members of the Misericordia University softball team have been named to the All-Freedom Conference team.

Nicole Hoskins was named to the first-team at catcher while Hollie Sarnak was a first-team choice at third base.

Courtney Novajosky was a second-team selection in the outfield.

A junior, Hoskins hit .293with five doubles and six homers despite battling injuries throughout the season.
She had a team-high 37 RBI and tied for the team lead in homers.

Sarnak, a sophomore, led the team in batting (.405), hits (49), doubles (13) and total bases (80). She tied for the team lead with six homers and was second with 35 RBI.

Novajosky, a junior centerfielder, was third on the team with a .350 batting average from the leadoff position. She was second on the team with 28 runs scored and added seven doubles and three homers.

She added seven outfield assists while committing just one error.

Misericordia finished 25-14, including an 11-5 mark in the Freedom Conference.
