Christopher Sprowl of West Carrollton, Ohio has joined the Misericordia University athletics staff as a graduate assistant coach in cross country and track & field.
Sprowl graduated in 2008 from Wilmington College of Ohio, where he was a three-time NCAA qualifier in the high jump and also qualified for the NCAA championships in the 4x400 meter relay. A versatile athlete, he also hurdled, triple jumped, threw the javelin and ran cross country.
Sprowl graduated cum laude from Wilmington with a double-major in business administration and communication arts. He also served as class president for three years.
“We are excited to have Chris joining our staff,” said David Martin, MU director of athletics. “He brings tremendous enthusiasm and experience to our program.”
