Misericordia University's Bill Cooney set a school record (26:11) and earned first team all conference honors at the MAC Cross Country Championships, Saturday at Delaware Valley.

Frank Redmond (26:41) ran the third-fastest time in school history and earned second-team All-MAC status in 15th place.

Pat Noonan (27:02) ran the sixth-fastest time in school history and finished 20th to earn second-team All-MAC honors.

Pat Blaskiewicz (27:28) finished 34th and Kyle Suponcic (27:50) rounded out the top five in 43rd.

The Cougars were fifth in the team standings, their best finish in three years in the MAC.
