The Misericordia University athletics department has announced a partnership with ESPN Radio affiliate 1050 AM, 104.1 FM and ESPNWilliamsport.com that will broadcast the 2011-2012 men's and women's basketball games over the internet.

“We're excited about our partnership with ESPN Williamsport that provides this service to our fans and alumni,” said David Martin, Misericordia director of athletics. “This is just another step in the growth of our athletics program.”

Misericordia ESPN Radio broadcasts are streamed online through www.espnwilliamsport.com, allowing Cougars fans and alumni throughout the world access to the broadcasts.

“Misericordia University athletics is a great addition to our family of play-by-play properties,” said Todd Bartley, general manager of ESPN Williamsport. “One look at their campus and it's easy to see the growth of the university and its athletics program.”
