Misericordia University women's track and field junior standout Ashlee Ward wrapped up another strong season by tying for 17th-place in the high jump on Friday afternoon at the NCAA Division III Track and Field Championships in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

Ward, who qualified into the 22-woman field by breaking her own MU record in the high jump at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier, cleared both 1.55m and 1.60m on her first attempt at each height but failed to clear 1.64m.

Rose-Hulman's Elizabeth Evans won the event with a stadium record height of 1.79m.
