Box Score The Misericordia University softball team suffered a tough 4-0 loss to McDaniel College in the second round of the ECAC South Softball Tournament at Anderson Field on Saturday afternoon.

The Green Terrier scored one run in the first, two in the fifth and one run in the sixth to earn the victory.

Kristi Seiler had the lone hit for the Cougars.
 
Caroline Brehm picked up her 26^th win of the season. The right-hander struck out 12 and allowed just one hit in a complete game effort.
 
Jess Armilay pitched well, but suffered the loss. The right-hander tossed five innings and allowed three runs while scattering seven hits. Nicole Petti tossed a scoreless seventh inning in relief for MU.
 
The Cougars return to action Sunday morning at 10 in an elimination game against Alvernia University while Green Terror awaits the winner of that game at 12 p.m.
