Misericordia University women's soccer standout Maureen Ciccosanti (Morristown, NJ/Academy of Allied Health & Science) has been named to the 2015 National Soccer Coaches Association of America Scholar All-East Region team.

A senior goalkeeper, Ciccosanti was named to the NSCAA third-team.  She maintains a 3.86 grade point average as a fourth-year student in Misericordia's physical therapy doctoral program.

Ciccosanti was also a third-team NSCAA All-Region selection.  She started all 21 games for the Cougars and had two shutouts with a 79.2 save percentage and just 0.83 goals per game.

The Cougars finished 15-4-2 and qualified for the NCAA tournament for the fifth consecutive year.
