Box Score The Misericordia University women's lacrosse season came to an end with an 18-9 loss at FDU-Florham in the Freedom Conference championship game, Saturday.

Liz Mulvey and Allie Elmes scored two goals each while Brooke North, Melina Juliano and Emily Hegner all had a goal and an assist. 

Olivia Garcia added a goal.

Katie McLoughlin made seven saves in goal.

Juliano had four draw controls and three ground balls.

Mulvey gave the Cougars a 1-0 lead with a goal in the opening minute, but the Devils rattled off seven straight goals over the next 10 minutes to take a 7-1 lead.

Juliano and Elmes scored unassisted goals midway through the first half, but FDU-Florham scored three straight goals and led 11-4 at halftime.

The Cougars finished 9-9.
