2018 Outdoor: Won the 400m hurdles and long jump as well as finished second in 100m hurdles and 4x100 relay at the Muhlenberg Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished third and set a new personal record in the pentathlon (3585 points) at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships, setting a personal record in the 800m (2:24.72) in the process…  Finished 12^th in the high jump at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships…  Wendy’s Athlete of the Month for February…  MAC champion in long jump (5.58m), high jump and 4x200 relay, setting a personal record in the long jump…  Set a personal record in the 400m (1:00.83) at the MAC championships…  ECAC champion in the high jump…  ECAC runner-up in the 60m hurdles and 4x200 relay as well as fourth in the long jump…  Won the 60m hurdles and long jump at the NYU DIII Invitational…  Won the high jump at the S.U. Challenge…  Won the pentathlon at the 20^th Annual Bison Open…  Part of winning 4x400 relay team at the River Hawk Opener...  Finished second in the high jump at the Ramapo College Season Opener.

2016-17: National runner-up in the pentathlon, winning the 60m hurdles and high jump events...  Won the 60m hurdle and 4x400m relay, placed second in the high jump, and seventh in the 400m and high jump at the MAC Indoor Championships… Placed second in the 4x400 relay, third in the 60m hurdle, and 15th in the high jump at the ECAC DIII Indoor Championships…  Won the high jump, 100m hurdle, and 400m hurdle at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Also finished sixth in the high jump and 400m… Won the high jump and placed second in the 100m hurdle at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships… Finished 10th in the high jump and ninth in the 100m hurdle at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

2015-16:  NCAA indoor All-American in pentathlon...  ECAC indoor pentathlon champion...  MAC indoor runner-up in high jump and fourth in long jump...  Outdoor All-American in high jump and NCAA qualifier in heptathlon...  MAC champion in 100 and 400 hurdles.
