Emily Hegner is a senior member of the Misericordia University field hockey and lacrosse teams. 

Hegner, a nursing major, scored the Cougars only goal while also recording a defensive save in the Cougars victory over Alvernia in the 2014 ECAC Divison III Mid-Atlantic field hockey quarterfinals. 

She has five goals, four assists and nine defensive saves heading into the semifinal game against Arcardia on November 15.

She was a captain of both the field hockey and women's lacrosse team at Neshaminy High School.
