The Misericordia University men's swim team finished the regular season with a record breaking victory over MAC opponent Messiah, Friday evening.
MU's men finished with a record of 6-3 after they defeated the Falcons 141-50.
Adam Grzech broke two pool records for MU while winning three events. In the backstroke leg of the 400 medley relay (3:45.11) he swam a 54.33 to break the pool record in the 100 back. He later broke the pool record in the 100 freestyle in a time of 49.20.
Grzech was also the anchor in the winning 400 free relay team (3:22.24) that was comprised of
Eric Schollmeyer,
Chris Brozena and
Peter Kolokithias.
The Cougars will be in action again when they try to capture the MAC Championship, February 10.
