Dana Hallam and
Beth Karmondy both won two individual races to lead the Misericordia University women's swim team to a 148-111 win over Hood in their home finale, Saturday afternoon in the Anderson Center.
Hallam won the 200 (2:03.29) and 500 freestyles (5:33.01) while Karmondy took the 100 breaststroke (1:11.68) and 200 IM (2:21.59).
Bree Grzech and
Brittany Luzik were triple-winners while
Dani Blass and
Amanda Stammherr won twice.
Grzech (100 back, 1:02.44), Blass (200 fly, 2:18.99), Luzik (100 fly, 1:01.45) and Stammherr (200 breaststroke) all won and teamed to win the 400 medley relay (4:08.69)
Grzech,
Aryn Zimmerman,
Megan DiPalo and Luzik won the 200 free relay (1:44.55).
Thomas added a runner-up finish in the 200 breaststroke and 100 breaststroke while
Allison McCallister was third to complete an 1-2-3 MU finish in the 100.
Misericordia will conclude the regular season at Messiah, Saturday.
