The Misericordia University men's volleyball ended its inaugural season with a 3-0 loss to Messiah.

The Cougars lost 25-14, 32-30, 25-15 to finish the year 13-17 overall and 3-9 in the MAC.

Ryan Miller and Mike Trygar led MU with seven kills and Caleb Bauder added six.

Bailey Brugler had 21 assists and three blocks.

Trygar had three straight kills as the Cougars rallied from a 19-14 deficit in the second set.

Trygar added a kill and Matt Churchill had an ace as MU got within 22-21.

Back-to-back kills by Bauder gave MU a 30-29 lead, but the Falcons rallied for three straight points to close out the 32-30 win.
