The Misericordia University football season ended with a 31-13 loss to Franklin & Marshall in the MAC-Centennial Bowl, Saturday afternoon at Mangelsdorf Field.
Brady Williams threw for 175 yards and two touchdowns while
Sam Gillison and
Dwayne Sharpe both had TD receptions.
Isaiah Williams had three catches for a team-high 85 yards and
Michael Gawlik ran for 54 yards for the Cougars.
Tavion Rogers led the MU defense with 11 tackles and Zach Orzell added 10 stops.
The Cougars opened the game with a shovel pass to Gillison who went around the right end for eight yards to the MU 36-yard line.

Brady Williams hit
Isaiah Williams across the middle for 19 yards to the MU 45-yard line.
Gawlik broke a tackle at the line of scrimmage and went off left tackle for 11 yards to the F&M 44-yard line.
The drive stalled there and F&M took over on their 20-yard line after a
Chris Lynn punt.
The Diplomats connected for an 80-yard TD strike on their first play from scrimmage to take a 7-0 lead with 10:48 left in the first half.
F&M forced a three-and-out and took over on their own 48-yard line after partially blocking the MU punt.
The Diplomats took 10 plays and 5:10 to go 48 yards and take a 14-0 lead with 4:08 to play in the opening quarter.
Orzell made a tackle from behind for no gain to set up a fourth-and-five, but F&M converted to keep the drive alive.
Mason Geary and Jake Nagle combined for a tackle for loss to set up a third-and-10, but the Diplomats again converted and scored on a lob pass on the next play to take a 14-0 lead.
Nick Yeager bounced outside on the ensuing kick-off for 37 yards to the F&M 49-yard line.
Isaiah Williams' drag across the middle gained 12 yards to the F&M 35-yard line.
Gawlik bounced off a tackler in the backfield to gain six yards around left end, but Cougars faced fourth-and-one from the 26-yard line.
Williams lofted a pass over the top of the defense to Sharpe down the left sideline to the Cougars on the board with :22 left in the first quarter.
The MU defense forced a pair of fumbles inside their own two-yard line to thwart a pair of F&M drives in the second quarter.
F&M closed the first-half scoring with a 23-yard field goal to take a 17-7 lead.
The Diplomats marched 75 yards to open the second half and stretched their lead to 24-7.
F&M capped a 66-yard scoring drive with a 25-yard reverse to take a 31-7 lead with 14:07 to go.
The teams traded punts to give MU the all at their own 21-yard line with 7:06 to play.
Brady Williams hit
Isaiah Williams in stride down the middle for what appeared to be an MU TD, but a holding penalty brought the ball back to the F&M 30-yard line.
Mike Schlosser's catch in the right flat gave the Cougars a first down and Gillison went across the middle for 19 yards on the next play for a score to get MU within 31-13.
Misericordia finished 5-5 overall.
