Anderson Center Natatorium Open Swim Protocols

(Swim lessons will not be offered until further notice)

1. Entry:
   • Entry to Anderson will be through main entrance only.
   • Entry to pool will be through locker rooms only.
2. Two lifeguards will be present at all open swim shifts.
3. Open swim will be available to MU Community (students, staff & faculty) only.
4. All patrons must have a reservation.Walk-ins will not be accepted.This serves to limit capacity as well as potential contact tracing.
   • Patrons must provide name, phone number and/or MU email to reserve a time.
5. Patrons must check in with lifeguard and produce MU ID upon arrival.
   • ID will be left with guard at table until they leave.
   • Lifeguard will screen patrons for COVID-19 symptoms
6. Patrons must bring their own equipment.MU will not provide any swim equipment.
7. Capacity:
   • Maximum of two swimmers per lane
   • One household per bench
8. Disability chair will be available upon request.
9. Cleaning
   • Each individual must remove their personal equipment upon leaving pool.
   • Lifeguards will be responsible for sanitizing pool deck, benches and doors at the end of each open swim time.
