Matt Maransky set a school record while winning the decathlon at Messiah, Friday.
 
Maransky compiled 5674 points to top the field of 15.
 
He was second in the pole vault,  long jump and high jump and finished third in the 100m and javelin.
 
Maransky was fourth in the discus and fifth in the shot put.
 
He was sixth in the 100m hurdles and seventh at 400m.
 
He was eighth in the 100m hurdles.
