Misericordia University women's track & field standouts Brenna Karnish and Alexandra Snyder have been named to MAC All-Academic team.

Karnish set the MAC record while winning the hammer throw and qualified for the NCAA Championships.
 
Snyder won the MAC championship and finished second at the NCAA Championships in the javelin.
 
Student-athletes must have a minimum grade-point average of 3.20 for the spring semester to be eligible for the
award.  The team was selected by the conference Sports Information Directors.
