The Misericordia University women's wrestling team lost at Alvernia, 33-11, Thursday night in Reading.
 
Madelyne Stultz and Elizabeth Adebola both recorded pins for the Cougars.
 
Stultz won at 138 to give the Cougars a 6-3 lead after two bouts.  Adebola won at 160 to put MU in front, 11-7, after four bouts.
 
Stultz gave up an early takedown, but recorded a reversal and back points just 20 seconds later.
 
She used a fireman's carry to earn a takedown and extend her lead midway through the first period.
 
Stultz used an underhook for a takedown and the pin at 2:35.
 
Adebola fought off a shot and spun behind for a takedown midway through the first period.
 
She used an arm bar to record the pin at 2:17.
 
MU will travel to Muhlenberg, Sunday.
