The Misericordia University women's cross-country team is picked to win its third consecutive MAC championship, according to the 2025 pre-championship coaches' poll.

The Cougars earned 219 points, including 10 of the 16 first-place votes, to lead the 16 teams that will compete at Delaware Valley, Saturday, November 1 at 12:00 PM.

MU, the fifth-ranked team in the Mid-Atlantic, has topped the field in seven of the last 10 MAC championships, including 2023 and 2024.  Lebanon Valley and Messiah are ranked sixth and seventh in the region, respectively, while Stevens and DeSales are ranked in the Metro region.

Misericordia's Grace Gallagher was the MAC runner-up for a second time in a row last year while Madison Kammer finished in ninth last year.

Grace Morningstar was second-team All-MAC last season while Rachel Ulrich and Kayla Beebe were third-team All-MAC.

The top returners are joined by Madison Hedglin, a first year who has three first place finishes in her rookie season.
