Misericordia University's Madison Hedglin earned All-America status with a 19^th-place finish at the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships, Saturday morning in Spartanburg, SC.

Hedglin ran the third-fastest time in school history (21:30) to become the second All-American in program history.

Hedglin was in 64^th place in the 290-runner field at the 1,000m mark, but moved up steadily throughout the race.

She moved to 38^th at 2,000m and was 29^th at 3,000m.

She moved up on spot each over the final 3000m.
