The next honoree in the Misericordia Top 100 Student-Athletes of the Century countdown is #31 Megan Mahoney.

She was a two-year starter at forward on the women's soccer team.

In just two seasons, she was a two-time first-team MAC Freedom selection and two time league Offensive Player of the Year.

She was a two-time all-region honoree and two-time All-American and was the Misericordia Wendy's Athlete of the Year as a senior.

She is fifth in career points (109), ninth in career goals (38) and third in career assists (33).

She ranks first in career points per game (2.32) and assists per game (.70) an dis second in goals per game (.81).

Mahoney holds the school single-season record with 19 assists and the third and fourth highest single-season points totals (56, 53).  She is tied for third in single-season goals 921).

She ranks first in single-season assists per game (.79) and is fourth with 2.43 points per game.  She is tied for fourth with .91 goals per game.

She led the Cougars to two MAC Freedom championships and two NCAA Tournament appearances.
