The next honoree in the Misericordia Top 100 Student-Athletes of the Century countdown is #3 Emma Sweitzer.

She was a four-year starter on the women's soccer team and was a four-time, first-team All-MAC Freedom selection.

She was the MAC Freedom Offensive Player of the Year as a junior.

Sweitzer was a four-time first-team all-region selection and was a three-time All-American. 

She was a first-team All-American and the United Soccer Coaches Player of the Year as a junior.

In addition, she was a finalist for the DIII Honda Athlete of the Year and was a two-time Misericordia Wendy's Athlete of the Year.

She is MU's all-time leader with 199 career points, 80 goals and 39 assists.

She holds school single-season records with 64 points and 24 goals and is second with 16 assists.

She led the Cougars to four consecutive MAC Freedom championships and NCAA Tournament berths.
