Madison Moore (25:34) finished second overall to lead the Misericordia University women's cross country team to a first place at the Cougar Classic, Saturday at Letterkenny Fields.

Madison Fleschut was fifth and Kayla Beebe and Brielle Frable finished eighth and ninth, respectively.

Grace Miller rounded out MU's top five in 10^th place.

MU alum Amy Viti finished first overall in 24:33.
