Trey Rhinehart finished third overall to lead the Misericordia University men's cross country team to a runner-up finish at Dickinson Long-Short Invitational, Saturday at Big Spring High School.

Rhinehart (26:04) finished three seconds out of first place in the 163-runner field.

Thomas Bricker was eighth and Ryan Weber finished 12^th. Ryan Shulman was 13th.

The Cougars had 23 points to finish behind Messiah (19) in the 19-team field.

Tyler Lukavitch led the Cougars in 53^rd place in the 4K.
