Madison Hedglin led three Cougars in the top eight at 3000m as the Misericordia University women's track & field team resumed its indoor schedule at St. Thomas Aquinas Invitational, Friday at the Ocean Breeze Athletics Complex on Staten Island.

Hedglin won the event while Grace Gallagher was third and Rachel Ulrich finished eighth.

Madison Kammer (5:16) finished sixth in the mile while Grace Morningstar was eighth.

Morningstar added a third-place finish at 800m and Norah Silfies (4.86m) was fifth in the long jump.
