3/14/2026 10:26:00 PM

The Misericordia University STUNT team split a pair of games at the Cougar Classic, Saturday at the Anderson Center.

The Cougars lost to Muskingum, the top-ranked D-II team in the country, 16-8, but defeated Gallaudet, 17-0.

MU trailed by three points heading to the fourth quarter against Muskingum, but multiple errors hurt the Cougars' chances in the final period.

Anna Mellody was named Stunter of the Game while Rachel Kowal was the Tumbler of the Game.  First year main base and elite tumbler Alex Koch was MU's top scorer of the game.

Against Gallaudet, Angelena Montefour made her first appearance in the level 6 quarter three routine and helped MU put points on the board while earning Tumbler of the Game honors.

Kelly Wilson was named Stunter of the Game, assisting the Cougars earning their first point of the season in Pyramid and Toss Play 4.

Sophomore Aliyah Tillman saw a significant amount of play time and she was a top scorer in both games today; she was named the Cougar's Power Player of the Game.

The Cougars take on Albright College and Randolph College tomorrow in Day 2 of the Cougar Classic Tournament.
