The Misericordia University men's volleyball season came to an end with a 3-0 loss at Stevens in the MAC Semifinals, Thursday evening.
Christopher U'Glay led the Cougars with 16 kills, two aces and two blocks.
Noah Reen had eight kills and
Benjamin Clendening had four blocks.
The top-seeded Ducks won 25-16, 25-2, 25-20.
The Cougars had a 5-2 run to get within 17-13 in the opener, but Stevens closed on an 8-3 run.
U'Glay had two kills and a block to give MU a 23-22 lead in game two, but Stevens scored three straight points to pull out the win.
U'Glay had a kill and an ace as part of a 4-1 spurt to get within 13-12 in the finale.
Reen had two kills to keep within 22-20, but Stevens scored three straight to complete the sweep.
