Misericordia University track & field standouts Alexandra Snyder and Jacob Hunter have qualified for the NCAA D-III Championships at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, May 21-23.

Snyder is a two-time All-American in the javelin while Hunter is a returning second-team All-American at 400m.
 
Snyder was the national runner-up in 2023 and finished third in 2024 before taking last season off.
 
She is a four-time MAC champion and owns the second-best throw in the nation this year.
 
Hunter was the MAC Track Athlete of the Year after winning MAC titles at 200m, 400m and the 4x100 and 4x400 relays.
 
Hunter will compete in the preliminary round, Friday at 6:05.  The finals are scheduled for Saturday at 2:20.
 
Snyder will compete Saturday at 3:00.
