The Misericordia University women's golf team opened the MAC Championships, Saturday at Berkleigh Golf Club in Kutztown.
 
The Cougars are in eighth place in the 11-team field at 451.
 
Ava Cirigliano led the Cougars with a 103 and is tied for 25^th place.
