Alexandra Snyder won the javelin at the MAC Track & Field Championships to lead the Misericordia University women's track field team, Saturday at Messiah.
 
Snyder (44.77m) won her fourth MAC javelin title while Valerie Badger was third and Gabrielle Orner finished eighth.
 
Grace Morningstar (2:13.66) finished second at 800m and Madison Hedglin (4:43.11) and Madison Kammer were third and fourth, respectively, at 1500m.
 
Hedglin was named the MAC Rookie of the Year.
 
Cara Doyle finished third in the 100m hurdles (15.19) and 400m hurdles (1:05.38).
 
Doyle, Hailey Cepeda, Mary Grasso and Morningstar finished eighth  in the 4x400 (4:10.79).
 
The Cougars finished fourth in the team standings.
