Madison Hedglin finished third overall to lead the Misericordia University women's cross country team to a seventh place finish at the Lock Haven Invitational, Saturday morning.
 
Hedglin (21:29) tied the fourth-fastest time in school history and was the top D-III finisher in the 183-runner field.
 
Mollie Kozich was 27^th and Cassandra Burt finished 35^th.
 
Grace Morningstar (58^th) and Kathryn Jones (78^th) rounded out MU's top five.
 
The Cougars totaled 184 points and were the third D-III team in the 22-team field.
