2018 Outdoor: Finished third in the 10K and set a personal record and finished seventh in the 5K (18:43.48)…  Finished second in the 10K at the ECAC championships…  Finished fourth and set a personal record in the 1500m (5:06.73)…  Finished fifth and set a personal record in the 800m (2:37.07) and finished fourth in the 1500m at the Misericordia Invitational…  Set a personal record in the 10K (39:27.87) at the Bison Outdoor Classic…  Finished eighth in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished fourth in the 5K and set a personal record in the 3000m (11:14.45) at the Middle Atlantic Conference championships…  Finished third in the 5000m (18:53.85) at the ECAC championships… Ran a personal best and finished sixth in the mile (5:41.16) at the River Hawk Opener…  Finished sixth in the 3000m at the Ramapo College Season Opener.

2016-2017: Ran a personal best mile (5:49.82) at the Ithaca College Bomber Invitational… Placed in the top 10 in the 5000 and 10,000 at the MAC Outdoor Championships…Finished in the top 15 in the 5000 and 3000m in at the MAC Indoor Championships...Ran a college best in the 1500m at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (5:08.16). Placed fifth at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships in the 10,000m.

2015-16: Set PRs in 1500m and 5000m during outdoor season.
