2018 Outdoor: Wendy’s Misericordia Female Athlete of the Year…  USTFCCCA Mideast Region Outdoor Track Female Athlete of the Year…  Finished 21^st in the 10K at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships…  Three-time MAC Track Athlete of the Week…  MAC and ECAC champion in the 1500m, setting a personal record at MACs (4:36.81)…  MAC champion in the 5K and 10K…  Broke the 5K MAC record (16:54.45) at the Penn Relays…  Broke the 13-year old 10K MAC record (34:53.15) by almost a minute at the 20^th Annual Bison Outdoor Classic and was the third fastest time in the country in 2018…  Set a personal record and won the 800 (2:24.34) and also won the 1500m at the Misericordia Invitational…  Won the 1500m at the York College Twilight Meet…  Top Division III finisher in the 5K, beating multiple Division I runners, at the Sam Howell Invitational.

2017-18 Indoor: Finished 12^th in the 5K (17:16.51) at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships...  Five-time Middle Atlantic Conference Female Track Athlete of the Year…  Five-time MAC Track Athlete of the Week… MAC and ECAC champion in the 5K…  Ran a personal best in the mile (5:04.02) en route to winning the MAC championship…  Finished second in the 3000m at the MAC championships…  Set a personal record and won the 3000m (10:06.34) and finished second in the 5K at the 20^th Annual Bison Open…  Won the 3000m at the Cornell Deneault Memorial…  Won the 5K at the NYU DIII Invitational…  Won the 3000m at the Ramapo College Season Opener…  Won the 3000n at the River Hawk Opener…  Finished fifth in the mile at the Towson Tiger Invitational.

2016-17: Placed in the top 10 in the mile, 3000m, and 5000m at the MAC Indoor Championships… Finished third in the 5000m and eighth in the 3000m at the ECAC DIII Indoor Championship… Won the 5000 at the 7th Annual Gwynedd-Mercy Mid-Week Twilight Invitational… Placed second in the 5000 and third in the 10,000 at the MAC Outdoor Championships… Ran a season best in the 5000 at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier (18:02.24)... Finished second in the 5000 at the ECAC DIII Outdoor Championships.

2015-16: Set PRs in the outdoor 800m, 3000m and mile.
